Neusoft Corporation. (hereinafter referred to as “QDLink”) respects and protects the privacy of service users. In order to provide you with more accurate and more customized services, QDLink will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. However, QDLink will treat the information in a highly diligent and cautious attitude. Unless otherwise stipulated in this Privacy Policy, QDLink will not disclose the information or provide the information for any third party without your prior consent. QDLink may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When you accept the Agreement on Use of QDLink Service, it will be deemed that you have accepted all the contents of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Agreement on Use of QDLink Service.
A) When a user is registered and uses this service, QDLink needs to collect his/her personal information that can identify the user’s identity so that QDLink can contact the user when necessary, or provide better user experience. The information that QDLink will collect includes but is not limited to the name, gender, age, date of birth, address, haunts, mobile phone ID code, IP address, chat records, etc.;
B) QDLink will obtain the user’s personal data from its business partners by lawful approaches.
You acknowledge and agree that the following information doesn’t apply to this Privacy Policy:
A) Keyword information that you enter when you use the search service of the platform provided by QDLink;
B) Relevant information data that you publish on QDLink and that is collected by QDLink;
C) Behaviors violating laws or rules of QDLink and measures that QDLink has taken on you.
A) QDLink will not provide, sell, lease, share or trade your personal information to/with any irrelevant third party unless QDLink obtains your prior consent, or the third party and QDLink (including affiliated companies of QDLink) serve you separately or together. After the termination of the service, they’ll be forbidden to access all the information including that accessible to them before.
B) QDLink will not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate free of charge your personal information by any means. QDLink will forthwith terminate the Service Agreement concluded with any QDLink platform user who commits the above behaviors.
C) To serve users, QDLink may, by using your personal information, provide information that you’re interested in, including but not limited to sending you the information about products and services, or sharing information with QDLink’s partners so as to facilitate them to send you the information about their products and services (in case of the latter, your prior consent is required).
D) Other matters applicable to laws, rules and regulations.
QDLink will not publicize or disclose the personal and private information of any user to any third party without the user’s consent. However, the following special circumstances are exceptions:
A) QDLink provides user’s personal and private information in accordance with laws, regulations or instructions of competent authorities;
B) Personal information leak caused by such fact that the user tells his/her password to others or shares his/her registered account and password with others, or any other personal and private information leak not caused by QDLink;
C) The user discloses his/her personal and private information to any third party;
D) Since the user has reached an agreement with QDLink and its partners on the use of the user’s personal and private information, QDLink discloses the personal and private information of the user to the partners;
E) Leak of the user’s private information is caused by hacking, computer virus invasion and other force majeure events.
Your information and data that QDLink collects will be stored on the servers of QDLink and/or its affiliated companies, and the same may be transmitted to your country, region or outside the territory where QDLink collects the same, and the same will be accessed, stored and exhibited outside of the territory.
A) In the event that you do not refuse accepting cookies, QDLink will set or access the cookies on your computer, so that you can log in or use the services or functions of QDLink platform which depend on the cookies. By using the cookies, QDLink may provide you with more considerate customized services, including promotion service.
B) You have the right to accept or refuse accepting the cookies. You can refuse accepting cookies by modifying the browser settings. However, if you refuse accepting the cookies, you may possibly not be able to log in or use QDLink network services or functions which depend on the cookies.
C) Relevant information acquired by the cookies set by QDLink will be applicable to this Policy.
Respecting the privacy of users is a consistent policy of QDLink, and QDLink will take technical measures and other necessary steps to protect the privacy security of users and prevent leak, damage or loss of user privacy collected during this service. QDLink will take remedial measures immediately upon occurrence of the above circumstances or when QDLink discovers the possibility of occurrence of the same.
